Corporate AI. Rural systems. Same engineering standard.

We build production software for companies that want AI in the work, and field tools with NGOs, research groups, and universities. If it cannot survive a bad connection and a Tuesday, it is not finished.

01

Two practices. One shop.

Most firms pick a side. We did not. The commercial work funds the field work. The field work keeps the commercial work honest.

Field systems

Tools for rural communities, built with the people who will run them

We partner with NGOs, research labs, and academic institutions to put working systems in places where a failed deploy is not an inconvenience. Data collection, operations, last-mile infrastructure. Designed for the network you actually have.

  • Deployment partners for research and humanitarian programmes
  • Systems that keep running when the tower does not
  • Training and handover, not a zip file and a wave

Company systems

AI inside the operation, not on a slide

We build software for companies that want AI to move product, cut cycle time, or take waste out of a process they already understand. Throughput. Tools staff will open without a memo.

  • Custom tools tied to a real workflow
  • Integrations with the stack you already pay for
  • Production deploys with someone still on the hook after launch

02

The work, without the theatre.

We do not publish a wall of logos. These are the jobs that keep coming back.

Field

A clinic tool that still works when the tower drops

Outreach programmes need data in the room, not in a dashboard that dies at the edge of town. We build with the people who will run it next month, then we stay through handover.

Company

AI tied to a Tuesday workflow, not a pilot slide

The useful question is which process actually moves if you put a model in it. We map that, then we ship a tool staff will open without a memo.

03

Consulting first, when the problem is still a question.

A lot of teams know they "should use AI." Fewer know where it belongs. We sit with the operation, map the work, and say what to build, what to buy, and what to leave alone.

That can stay as advice. It can also become a build. Either way you leave with a sequence, not a pile of options.

  • Where AI actually changes the work, and where it is theatre
  • What a first tool should do, and what it should not
  • How to staff the build so it does not die in a pilot

04

How an engagement runs.

  1. Sit with the work

We watch the process before we sketch a system. Clinics, depots, back offices, research sites. The constraint is usually not the model.

  2. Draw the smallest thing that solves it

One workflow. One owner. One way to know it is working. Scope that cannot be explained in a page is not ready to build.

  3. Ship, then stay for the ugly week

Go-live is not the end of the job. We stay through the first failures, the training, and the rewrite of the one screen nobody would use.

05

A corridor, not a remote vendor.

Engineering sits in Accra. Relationships and commercial work sit in the US. Clients get people who can be in the room, and a build team that already knows West African infrastructure.

Let's talk. Tell us what is stuck.

A short note is enough. Who you are, what you are trying to move, and whether you need advice or a build.
