Corporate AI. Field Systems. Same Engineering Standard.

We build production software for companies modernizing operations, and resilient tools for NGOs, research teams, and rural communities. If a build cannot survive low bandwidth and an ordinary Tuesday on the ground, it is not finished.

Field Infrastructure

Field / Outreach Systems

Reliable data collection and tracking for health and field teams operating beyond cell range. Local databases that sync cleanly when a connection reappears, built alongside local operators who take ownership after launch.

Back-office pipelines and automated triage embedded directly into existing databases and ERPs. We identify where unstructured data or manual reviews slow delivery, deploy the model, and stay until the workflow is faster.

The work

Real systems, without the pilot theatre.

We do not publish walls of vanity logos. We measure projects by uptime, adoption, and daily utility.

Consulting

Architecture and strategy first.

Most teams know where their operational friction lies, but few know whether machine learning, a deterministic script, or an off-the-shelf API is the right fix. We audit your existing stack and data hygiene to determine what to automate, what to buy, and what to leave entirely alone.

Whether an engagement stops at technical advisory or transitions into full-cycle engineering, you leave with an actionable architecture—not an abstract slide deck.

  • Feasibility & TCO Audits — Cutting through vendor hype to pinpoint where inference models deliver genuine ROI versus where simple relational logic or heuristic rules are faster and cheaper.
  • Offline-First & Low-Bandwidth Architecture — Designing edge-first sync protocols, local data stores, and fallback transports (such as SMS/USSD bridges or opportunistic queueing) for regions where constant connectivity cannot be assumed.
  • Model Selection & Pipeline Design — Determining whether to deploy compact, quantized models locally on device or orchestrate cloud API endpoints, keeping latency low and data governance intact.

How we work

How an engagement runs: from field audit to stable handover.

  1. Audit the constraints on the ground

We inspect the operational reality before opening an IDE. Whether auditing an inventory depot, a rural outreach post, or a distributed back-office pipeline, we evaluate hardware limitations, human friction, and network instability first. The constraint is rarely the algorithm.

  2. Engineer the leanest viable architecture

One clear data flow. One primary user persona. Explicit success metrics. We design resilient databases, clean REST/RPC interfaces, and lightweight user surfaces. If the core system logic cannot be diagrammed cleanly on a single page, it is not ready for production.

  3. Stress-test the edge cases

We benchmark software against real failure modes: sudden power loss, corrupted local cache, high packet loss, and zero-connectivity periods. We ensure synchronization conflicts resolve deterministically without data loss.

  4. Deploy, monitor, and train through the ugly week

A deploy is not an offload. We run side-by-side with local operators through initial pilot edge cases, refine awkward user interfaces, and deliver complete documentation so internal staff own the platform going forward.

Offices

Integrated delivery across two continents.

Strategy and client engagement run out of the US. Systems architecture and core engineering are built in Accra. That means zero translation loss, direct access to the engineers writing the code, and firsthand fluency in deploying across low-bandwidth, distributed environments.

Contact

Let's talk. Tell us what is broken or what needs to be built.

Skip the vendor questionnaire and corporate fluff. A brief technical brief or an honest summary of where your current workflow is failing is all we need to start. We read every message directly and reply within 24–48 hours with a clear assessment of whether we are the right team for the build.

Project Intake

What is stuck, slow, or failing? Tell us the manual process, the network constraint, or the system bottleneck you want to solve.

e.g., PostgreSQL, Python, existing mobile app, intermittent 2G/3G connectivity, solar-powered field tablets.

This opens your mail app addressed to us. Nothing is stored on this page.
